Jia Yi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Singapore Management University in 2021 and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore in 2022.

Jia Yi is engaged in banking litigation and corporate services work.

Prior to joining the law corporation, Jia Yi was involved with in-house legal counsel work, such as the review and drafting of commercial contracts and corporate documents and assisting the company on compliance with data protection laws and anti-bribery and corruption policies. Jia Yi has collaborated with Sales, Finance and IT departments to ensure contractual compliance and streamline processes, including providing legal training to the company’s employees across 18 jurisdictions.

Outside of work, Jia Yi enjoys running long distance with run clubs, strength training with fitness clubs and travelling.
