Sean is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore. Prior to being called to the Singapore Bar, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the National University of Singapore. During his studies, Sean was awarded the Singapore Academy of Law Undergraduate Scholarship.

A driven and committed individual, Sean continually strives for excellence, and dedicates himself to making a positive difference through his work and interactions with people from all walks of life. Sean’s primary areas of practice are in banking, corporate and commercial law, as well as asset recovery.

Outside of the law, Sean is an avid erhu player. He has represented Singapore as a member of the Singapore National Youth Chinese Orchestra and has competed in the National Chinese Music Competition in 2010 (Honourable Mention) and 2014 (3rd Prize). In 2015, he earned a distinction and the highest marks during his NAFA Diploma examination. Sean is also actively involved in his church’s youth ministry and has helmed a full-scale church musical. Sean is determined to bring the skills and qualities he has honed through these experiences – servant leadership, teamwork and commitment to excellence – into his professional work.
