Brian is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

Brian’s practice spans a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work. He has advised corporations and financial institutions on a range of transactional matters and has been involved in disputes across litigation and arbitration, including matters relating to corporate and commercial law, fraud, and employment.

Brian currently supports the firm’s corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on asset recovery and enforcement.
