Henry is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and graduated from the University of Nottingham with LLB (Honours).

Henry practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He has experience in advising listed companies on cross-border transactions, corporate governance matters, compliance and regulatory issues, employment law and corporate secretarial work. He is also actively engaged in asset recovery, intellectual property, insolvency as well as matters relating to data protection.
