Hooi Meng graduated from the University of Malaya with LLB (Honours). She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008 and subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014.

Prior to joining the law corporation, Hooi Meng was involved in debt recovery work and real estate work. Her present areas of practice include asset recovery, insolvency, civil and commercial litigation.
