The Asset Recovery & Insolvency Practice Group has earned a proven track record in the recovery of debts and assets for many banks, financial institutions, government agencies and corporations in Singapore. The Practice Group handles high volume work such as credit and charge card claims, banking claims (both secured and unsecured), retail and corporate credit facilities claims. Our lawyers also handle tenancy claims, claims relating to hire purchase and leasing as well as enforcement/realisation of security including equipment, real estate and shares charges.

We have a dedicated team of experienced lawyers and support staff who deal with all claims from the issuance of writ of summons to execution proceedings. We also have a large team of experienced personnel to dun the debtors, handle the preparation, filing and service of court documents as well as attend to execution proceedings.

Our corporation has in place a proprietary web-based case management system to track the status of each case. This system is also linked to our institutional clients which enables our clients to give instructions electronically through the system and allows them to have access to the status and documents of the cases assigned to us.
